Business hours

Our business hours are:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00
Standard response time: 24 hours

Rate per hour

For paid support

Standard rate: CHF 180.00 / hr.
Surcharge outside business hours (incl. Saturday): +50%.
Surcharge on Sundays and holidays: +100%.
Billing interval: 15 minutes

Prices are exclusive of 7.7% VAT.
